"Troma's Last Stand"

Films: Terror Firmer (1999)

Alias: Casey Kaufman

Type: Natural

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: We get that many people probably don't like the works that Troma allows to happen. All of that sex and violence would make them the God of darkness to any person who's too sensitive and/or queasy to realize that they're just filling a niche in the world of cinema. But then there are people who would take their hatred of ultra-violent films too far...

History: A film studio that is definitely not Troma...okay it probably is, considering the director is played by Lloyd Kaufman. Anyway, this studio is facing problems. Its workers keep dying in increasingly absurd and violent ways. It is in fact the work of Casey Kaufman, a man who literally got his little parts chopped off by his dad so that he could be a woman. He chooses to be the in-between instead, and is in a perpetual state of romance-oriented angst further compounded by raging insanity and a hatred of the film studio he's forced to work at.

Notable Kills: Rips a guy's leg off and beats him with it, shoves a funnel full of crack cocaine up another guy's ass before impaling his head with a glass bong and cooking his brain, forcing a man to get squished through an escalator, and apparently killing a guy before dumping him into a hot tub full of crap. To name but a few...

Final Fate: Casey eventually reveals him/herself as the culprit behind all the murders, while threatening to bomb everybody including him/herself. But thankfully, the director ends up taking the whole explosion in a sacrifice, and Casey is assaulted by the entire crew in retaliation. One pours gasoline all over him/her, and is set aflame by an ignited fart. She lives long enough to really wound the one she lusted after...only to be stabbed up the nards by his vengeful daughter with a boom mic. Just...wow...only in Tromaville.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Even if we took into account the laughably evil nature of the person and the...admittingly touchy subject of gender...this is one messed up being that only Troma could conceive. And even then, he/she was too twisted for this studio. Her ultra-violent ways of killing and absolutely disgusting disposition earn her a spot alongside some of the most unsettling humans we've come across.

Trivia: -There are two versions of this film. A heavily (but funnily) censored R-rated version, and the unrated cut, the later of which being the original.

-A lot of things from this film are said to be adapted from Lloyd Kaufman's own book, "All I Need To Know About Filmmaking I Learned From The Toxic Avenger".

Sometimes, people suffer for art.
Each scene, a disaster.
Talk about getting a leg up.
Even if she lives, does she want to live in such a state?
